I’ve been dying to make a healthy coconut bar recipe and there is so many health benefits with coconut.
According to the Sunwarrior community coconut has quite a few health benefits.

Portions: 10

Ingredients:

  • 1,5 cup of shredded coconut flakes
  • 0,5 cups of melted coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup of maple syrup

Method:

  • If needed, melt the coconut oil in the microwave for a few seconds
  • Line a baking tray with baking sheets
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Press into the baking tray and leave in the fridge until firm
  • Slice into bites and enjoy
