3 ingredient edible cookie dough protein balls

Edible cookie dough protein balls

You know those days when you just don’t have any energy at all. Even less going to the gym for a workout to burn those extra calories you munched down for lunch. Well I have the perfect recipe for you!
A quick pick-me-up from the drowsyness with these 3 ingredient edible cookie dough protein balls.

Oh and when you are going to the gym you need a little tad extra protein, got that covered for you. Thank me later…

For this recipe I used Vivolife matcha protein powder (not sponsored)

I’m a huge fan of vivo life and love to find new ways of using their protein powder. This time I put them in a blender with dates and coconut to make some super delicious, protein packed balls.

I came to think of this recipe when I was craving something sweet and satisfying. I’m trying to keep away from refined sugar and stay healthy to I thought I give it a go and wing something healthy. Oboy, it turned out well.

What's the fuss about the balls?

  • Gluten free
  • Vegan
  • Paleo
  • Oil free
  • Full of protein

Are you ready for the recipe?

Portions: 15 balls

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of pitted dates
  • 100 grams of coconut shreds
  • One scoop of vivolife protein

Method:

  • Put all your ingredients in a blender
  • Mix untill it forms a ball
  • If to dry add a little bit of water or another date
  • When everything sticks together in a ball stop blending and roll the dough into balls with 1 tbsp of dough
  • Let rest in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up

Now that you have made your balls you can enjoy them in the gym, on the subway, before going to bed or whenever you please.
