Ingredients for pasta with green peas and chickpea dipp:
230 grams of chickpeas
115 grams of peas (fresh or frozen)
2 cloves of garlic
150 ml of water
Juice from half a lemon
2 tbsp of tahini
3 basil leafs
Salt and pepper
200 grams of your favorite pasta, I used rigatoni
Boil your pasta
Mix water, lemon juice, garlc, basil leafs and tahini in a mixer
When it becomes cready add your chickpeas, peas (if you use frozen make sure you boul them first), salt and pepper to taste.
Mix until you get a creamy texture. Add a little more water if too thick
