I have always been amazed by pies and tarts. And being a food blogger i’ve always dreamed of making a tart recipe on my own.
And growing up with a mother who loves to bake, crumble tarts was a huge part of my childhood. This tart threw me back two decades and I remeber all the birtdays my mother made two big pans of crumble tarts.
These childhood nostalgia 4 ingredient blueberry tarts are:

4 Ingredient Blueberry breakfast tart
Portions: 2
Ingredients:
1 cup of blueberries (2,3 dl)
90 grams of banana
1/2 cup of oats (1dl)
1/2 cup of coconut flour (1dl)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celcius
Put all your ingredients except for the blueberries in a mixer
Mix until you get a good crumble
Add the blueberries in two 12 cm tart form
Add the crumble on top
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
Tip from the coachThe crumble does not brown since there is no butter or suger to caramelize. If you like your tart a little sweeter add a little coconut sugar to the crumble
Enjoy your tarts with some vanilla overnight oats or a huge cup of tea like we do in my house.
