Did you hear Piña colada overnight oats? Oh yes you did! Who have ever woken up from their sleep wanting to have something party-ish that takes you away to a tropical island?
I’m no party animal but I do enjoy a fresh start in the morning and what better than to start it with some piña colada?
Breakfast is such an important part of the day and you should always include it in your daily ruitine.
If you are not used to have pineapple daily then make a smaller batch of the nicecream. Pineapple is super healthy for you but it also contains really strong enzymes. These enzymes help your digestive system but I also know people who get a stomach ache when eating too much pineapple

Portions: 1
Ingredients:
0,3 cup of oats (1 dl)
15 grams of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
1 cup of plant milk (I used oatly)
250 grams of frozen pineapple
Method:
Blend all ingredients except the pineapple the night before
In the morning take out your frozen pineapple and let rest for a few minutes until semi frozen
Blend in a high speed blender untill a smooth nicecream forms
Enjoy with a little coconut shredds on top and you will feel the sand under your feet and the sun in your face.
