Salted caramel dipp

Salted caramel and strawberry smoothie

This dipp is amazing with fruits, on toast, in or on smoothies as you see served here.

It’s super easy do make and contains no added sugar. It’s actually healthy and contains a lot of fiber.



  • 100 grams of dates
  • Hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt


  • Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes
  • Place your dates in a high speed blender
  • Add 2 table spoons of date water and salt in the blender and mix.
  • Add a table spoon of more water if you want the dipp to be more runny.

Enjoy your creamy salted caramel dipp drizzled over the things your love. Or eat with a spoon straight from the mixer
