Now who said you will miss out on pancakes when you go vegan? With these American pancakes you are not missing a single thing. 
They taste just like non-vegan pancakes. So delicious and super easy to make. 

Did I mention that they are kind of semi-healthy? I have replaced the typical white flour with oat and coconut flour instead.

These American Pancakes are

Did I mention it only takes a few minutes to whip them up and then fry them? They are done in an instant. 

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 0,4 cups (1dl) oat flour
  • 0,8 cups (2 dl) coconut flour
  • 0,8 cups (2 dl) white flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1,7 cups (4 dl) of oat milk

Method

  • Blend all your ingredients in a mixer (your get a smoother batter instead of blending in a bowl)
  • Fry on medium heat in coconut oil for 2 minutes on each side

Enjoy on the Sunday brunch or as a quick breakfast in the week.
