These pretty pink delights can be yours in an instant. Really the recipe is so quick and easy to make!
Recipe vegan coconut bars
Portions: 4
Ingredients:
100 grams of shredded coconut
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp of water. Let sit for 15 minutes)
0,2 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp Pink pitaya powder from raw nice (optional)
Method:
Mix the pink pitaya powder with the coconut milk
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Line a bread pan with baking sheets
Put your mixture in to the bread pan and push against one side. You will get about half of the baking pan.
