Delightful vegan brownies that your can eat for days. Or at least I could if I wouldn’t have eaten them all already. But it’s vegan so it’s healthy right? Well maybe semi-healthy. I switch out some of the regular sugar and flour to some oat flour and coconut sugar. Making this brownie a sure winner for the parties.
I love to bake and I always have. When I was a teenager I used to bake all the time. When I became vegan my creativity whent down a little but now I know that anything is possible to make vegan. And that sure is a true blessing.
Now who is ready for the recipe? I sure am ready to share
Vegan brownie recipe

1 cup white sugar
1 cup coconut sugar

1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup vanilla extract

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F (175C)
Blend all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Add all the wet ingredients and blend together
Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan that is lined with a baking sheet
Bake for 20-30 minutes or untill the batter no longer is shiny. Test the brownie with a potatoe stick. If a lot of batter is on the stick bake for a few more minutes.
I put a few raspberries into my brownies, because why not. If you want you can top yours with nuts, chocolate or berries of choice.
