Did you really hear coconut, vanilla granola? Oh yes you did and it’s the most delicious one you will ever have tasted!

Granola is an excellent breakfast food. It’s healthy and super delicious. You can even bring a container of granola and snack on in the car, after the gym, between meals. Nothing is stopping the granola!

Coconut, vanilla granola

Servings: 4



  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 50 grams of shredded coconut
  • 25 grams of almonds (chopped)
  • 30 grams of cashew (chopped)
  • 10 grams of linseed
  • 85 grams of oats
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp of vanilla powder or essence


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius
  • Mash the banana in a bowl
  • Chop up the dates
  • Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and blend
  • If too dry add a little bit of water or coconut oil
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
