Granola is an excellent breakfast food. It’s healthy and super delicious. You can even bring a container of granola and snack on in the car, after the gym, between meals. Nothing is stopping the granola!

Coconut, vanilla granola
Servings: 4
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 banana (mashed)
50 grams of shredded coconut
25 grams of almonds (chopped)
30 grams of cashew (chopped)
10 grams of linseed
85 grams of oats
5 pitted dates
1 tsp of vanilla powder or essence
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius
Mash the banana in a bowl
Chop up the dates
Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and blend
If too dry add a little bit of water or coconut oil
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
Tip from the coachMake sure to keep an eye on your granola. It burns very easy
