Recipe
Ingredients:
0,4 cups (1dl) oat flour
0,8 cups (2 dl) coconut flour
0,8 cups (2 dl) white flour
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla powder
1,7 cups (4 dl) of oat milk
Method
Blend all your ingredients in a mixer (your get a smoother batter instead of blending in a bowl)
Fry on medium heat in coconut oil for 2 minutes on each side
Enjoy on the Sunday brunch or as a quick breakfast in the week.
